Millie is a Paralegal in the Medical Negligence team, where she supports lawyers with a wide range of cases involving serious injury and clinical negligence.

Her role includes assisting clients with any queries they may have throughout their claim, opening and closing files, gathering evidence, preparing medical chronologies and liaising with medical experts to help ensure cases progress smoothly and efficiently. Millie particularly enjoys the variety that medical negligence work offers, as every case is different and provides opportunities to expand both her medical knowledge and legal expertise.

Millie is committed to delivering compassionate, empathetic client care. She understands that clients are often going through some of the most difficult periods of their lives and strives to ensure they feel listened to, supported and fully informed at every stage of their claim.

Millie graduated from the University of Surrey in 2023 with an Upper Second Class Honours (2:1) degree. Her interest in medical negligence law developed during her studies after choosing to specialise in clinical negligence. While volunteering with Citizens Advice, she discovered a passion for supporting people who had experienced life-changing circumstances, inspiring her to pursue a career in medical negligence.

Outside of work, Millie enjoys sea swimming, playing netball and exploring new cuisines.

"Facing a medical negligence claim can be completely overwhelming. My goal is to understand your unique needs and provide clients with compassion and support to make the process as straightforward as possible."
