Sarah specialises in residential property transactions and brings a calm, efficient, and communicative approach to what can often be a stressful process. With over two decades of experience in conveyancing, she aims to ensure that her part of any transaction runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible, keeping stress to a minimum for her clients.
Sarah began her legal career as a trainee in 2000 and qualified as a property lawyer in 2002, taking on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. She became a partner at her previous firm before taking early retirement in 2017. In recent years, Sarah has returned to the profession with renewed energy and a desire to get back to the work she loves: helping people move home with clarity and confidence.
Known for her promptness, efficiency, and practical approach, Sarah is committed to keeping all parties in a transaction well-informed. She understands the importance of clear communication, particularly when dealing with chains, and works hard to respond to client queries and concerns quickly and thoroughly. Her extensive experience covers a wide variety of property types, and her in-depth knowledge of the local area is a valuable asset to clients navigating the property market.
Living close to Dartmoor, Sarah enjoys exploring the moor with her two dogs and takes great pleasure in discovering both new and familiar places on her walks.
“I have 20 years of knowledge of property transactions mainly within the residential areas and I have acted for many clients. I deal with sales and purchases, remortgages, deeds of variation, leases among other property matters.”
