Stephanie is a solicitor in the Company & Commercial team, specialising in business and company sales and purchases. She provides advice on governance documents, partnership agreements, and a wide range of corporate matters.
Stephanie enjoys the challenges that company work brings and thrives in fast-paced environments. She particularly values guiding clients through transactions to completion - whether helping them embark on a new venture following a purchase or supporting them in realising the rewards of a successful sale.
Stephanie qualified as a solicitor in December 2023 through the solicitor apprenticeship route, having successfully completed the SQEs. She brings extensive experience in corporate transactions, having worked in the field since 2014, initially as an assistant to a corporate specialist solicitor before progressing towards qualification.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found walking or at the beach with her family.
