Stephen is a Trainee Solicitor, spending his second seat with the Residential Property team in Newton Abbot. He acts on a broad range of matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
Clients can expect a professional and practical approach from Stephen. He is committed to keeping all parties updated and understands the value of clear communication and keeping clients informed at each stage of a transaction.
Prior to starting his Training Contract, Stephen worked as a Paralegal at another South West-based firm in the Real Estate team. His background in property law helps him navigate transactions effectively and provide an excellent service.
Stephen holds a first-class honours degree in Law from the University of Plymouth and recently completed his LPC LLM in Professional Legal Practice, achieving a Distinction. During his time at university, Stephen volunteered at the University of Plymouth Law Clinic – a pro bono legal advice centre where he provided legal aid to clients in relation to employment law matters.
In his spare time, Stephen enjoys travelling and going to the gym.
