The Employment Rights Act: Are you ready for the April changes?

Following the success of our sessions in 2024 and 2025, Tozers’ Employment Team is once again hosting an online seminar to guide employers through the latest developments in employment law.

April 2026 marks the introduction of significant changes under the Employment Rights Act 2025. This session will explore what those changes mean in practice and how employers can prepare effectively.

During this one-hour webinar, our lawyers will also review further reforms expected later in the year, alongside key updates under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, including new requirements relating to data protection complaints and the potential risks of non-compliance ahead of the June 2026 deadline.

During this session, our lawyers will:

  • Provide an overview of the Act as it currently stands
  • Highlight the key changes implemented in April 2026
  • Look ahead to further changes due later in the year
  • Share practical guidance on updating policies, contracts and processes
  • Explore wider employment law reforms on the horizon
  • Review new requirements under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and outline steps to prepare

Cost: Free for EASY, ParkLaw and Council Law members | £50 + VAT per person for non-members
