Tozers’ Planning Team Named as Supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s Legal Services Framework

We are delighted to announce that our Planning team has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s Legal Services Agreement(RM6374 – Legal Panel for Public Sector).
About our Planning team
Our Planning team advises a broad range of clients across the development sector, supporting projects from the earliest stages of development through to delivery. The team works with public sector bodies, developers, landowners, registered providers and other organisations on a wide range of planning matters, including development strategy, planning applications and appeals, residential and mixed-use schemes, regeneration projects and planning and infrastructure agreements.
With extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, our team combines technical expertise with a practical understanding of clients’ commercial and operational objectives, helping them navigate an increasingly complex planning landscape.

Throughout this framework, customers will be able to access our specialist Planning expertise through Lot 2 - Focused Legal Support. The framework provides all public sector organisations with access to legal support across a range of areas, including specialist disciplines like planning.
