Alex is an Associate and Chartered Legal Executive in the Tozers Planning Team, with a broad and well-established planning practice across the South West.
Alex specialises in planning and infrastructure agreements, including Section 106, Section 38/278 and Section 104 agreements, and acts for a range of clients including local authorities, developers and landowners.
In addition, Alex advises on highways-related aspects of development, such as stopping-up and diversion orders.
Alex is committed to working closely with clients to help ensure their projects progress smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
