Loretta is a Senior Associate in our Planning Team, advising on a broad range of planning and highways matters for local authorities, developers, and registered providers.
Specialising in town and country planning law and highways law, Loretta brings particular strength in public sector work, having held roles in a number of local authorities - including a large unitary authority in the South West and authorities in the Home Counties. She has also worked in private practice, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the planning landscape.
Loretta supports clients through all stages of the planning process, with experience that includes:
- Drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreements
- Advising on planning applications, appeals, and judicial reviews
- Handling certificates of lawfulness and enforcement matters
- Preparing infrastructure agreements and advising on highways issues
She qualified as a solicitor in January 2014 and has since developed a reputation for practical, solution-focused advice.
What Loretta enjoys most about her work is the variety it brings, and clients can expect a supportive, knowledgeable advisor who understands the complexities of planning law from both the public and private sector perspectives.
“My role is to provide clients with timely advice and support to address their needs and objectives whilst taking a practical and pragmatic approach with the clients goals in mind.”
