Rachael is dual-qualified Solicitor in the Tozers Parks Transactions and Planning Team. Rachael’s dual qualification gives her a distinctive breadth of expertise, allowing her to offer clients a fully integrated service.
In the Parks Transactions Team, Rachael specialises in Parks acquisitions, disposals and refinancing.
In the Planning Team, Rachael leverages her property expertise to support property and corporate transactions requiring planning due diligence, as well as projects with complex title issues, including land assembly for major projects.
Rachael also has a strong command of development management matters and has developed a particular specialism in drafting and negotiating planning agreements to secure nutrient neutrality, biodiversity net gain, and habitat banks.
