Sophie is a Solicitor specialising in Estate Administration and the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Her long-standing experience within the team has given her a deep insight into the issues that commonly arise for families and the practical realities families face when dealing with later life planning or bereavement.

Sophie qualified as a Solicitor in 2025. She specialises in administering estates of all levels of complexity, helping families navigate everything from inheritance tax and asset valuation to preparing estate accounts and completing distributions. She understands the emotional and practical challenges that can arise and works closely with Executors to make the process as clear and manageable as possible. Sophie also drafts Wills and prepares Lasting Powers of Attorney, offering straightforward, personalised guidance throughout.
With strong attention to detail and a thoughtful, organised approach, Sophie prides herself on making the process as simple and stress-free as possible. She understands that many clients come to her at difficult moments in their lives, and she works hard to offer both technical expertise and a reassuring presence.
Alongside her legal work, Sophie is actively involved in the Tozers community. Sophie co-leads the firm’s fundraising for Hospiscare with colleague Jessica Whittick. Sophie won the Community Champion award at the National Paralegal Awards in 2025 for her fundraising efforts. Bringing energy and creativity to every event, she has helped raise significant funds and awareness for Hospiscare and other local charities. Her dedication was recognised when she received the Most Determined Fundraiser award at Hospiscare’s 2025 40 Club celebration.
