Victoria is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Mental Capacity law and Court of Protection applications. She manages the day-to-day affairs of individuals where Tozers Trust Corporation (TTC) is appointed as deputy or attorney, ensuring that their financial and property matters are handled with care, diligence and sensitivity.

Victoria regularly prepares and submits a wide range of applications to the Court of Protection, including deputyship appointments, property sale applications, gifting applications and other complex matters. She also advises deputies and attorneys on their roles, responsibilities and ongoing duties once appointed, providing clear and practical guidance to help them navigate what can often be a challenging position.

Since beginning her legal career in 2021, Victoria has worked exclusively in Court of Protection and capacity matters. She studied with CILEX Law School, completing her Level 3, Advanced and Professional stages, and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in February 2026. Over the course of her career, she has progressed from secretary to paralegal and now to a fully qualified fee earner, demonstrating her commitment and dedication to this specialist area of law.

Victoria particularly enjoys preparing detailed Court of Protection applications, carefully gathering and presenting all relevant information to ensure that each application is as comprehensive and thorough as possible. She values the close working relationships she builds with clients and their families, and finds it rewarding to know that her work makes a meaningful difference during what can be an emotional and stressful time.

Clients can expect a friendly yet professional approach. Victoria understands that matters involving capacity and the Court of Protection can be overwhelming, and she strives to reduce stress by providing a supportive, meticulous and reliable service, with close attention to detail at every stage.

Before working in law, Victoria lived in Spain where she ran an English academy teaching adults and children English as a foreign language.

Victoria was shortlisted for Paralegal of the Year (South) at the 2025 CILEX Paralegal Awards in recognition of her work with vulnerable clients at her previous firm. She is also a member of the Professional Deputies Forum.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading, travelling and cooking.
