Tozers appoints three new Partners

Tozers are pleased to announce the appointment of three new Partners, two of which have been promoted and the other has joined the firm. These appointments take the total number of Partners up to 29.

• Kate Bolt - Residential Property. Kate deals with a broad range of non-contentious property work and specialises in buying and selling land, farms, woodland, equestrian facilities, holiday complexes and high value residential transactions.
• Rebecca Roberts- Corporate & Commercial. Rebecca is a corporate specialist, with many years of experience in mergers, investments, share incentive schemes, joint ventures and restructures. Typically Rebecca supports private corporates and owner managed businesses across the South-West.
• Lauren Wagner - Parks. Lauren has joined the firm from Haulfryn, a key client, where she was general counsel. Before that she led the legal team at an NHS Trust. Lauren will support our drive to bring in more work from the larger park operators.
