Charlie is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout their transactions. He advises on a range of commercial property matters, including the buying and selling of commercial property and the granting and taking of leases.
Charlie supports clients at every stage of their transaction, from initial instruction through to completion and, where applicable, post-completion registration. He ensures that matters progress smoothly and efficiently, providing clear guidance throughout the process.
As a newly qualified solicitor, Charlie is continuing to develop his expertise across a broad spectrum of commercial property work, gaining experience in leases, sales and purchases, and related transactions.
Charlie places great importance on building strong, lasting relationships with clients and referrers. He prides himself on delivering clear, open and consistent communication, ensuring clients are fully informed about the progress of their matter. Approachable and responsive, Charlie is readily available by phone or email during the working day and is always happy to provide updates or reassurance when needed.
Outside of work, Charlie is an avid sports fan and is actively involved in his local football club, Kingsteignton Athletic, where he serves as a coach and vice chairman of the committee. He is also the Society Secretary and Charity Officer for Devon and Somerset Junior Lawyers Division, an organisation that helps young professionals in the legal industry build connections and support networks. When not working, coaching, or supporting the Junior Lawyers Division, he enjoys reading or listening to audiobooks, often immersing himself in fantasy worlds.
