Chloë has worked at Tozers since 2016 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2020.
Chloë advises on all aspects of family law private law Children Act proceedings to include assisting with complex finding of fact hearings where sexual abuse and domestic abuse are alleged. She specialises in helping the team obtain protective orders for victims of domestic abuse such as non-molestation orders, occupation orders and transfer of tenancy orders. Chloë is able to access legal aid for those clients that qualify and is a member of our Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART).
Chloë is a member of the Sexual Violence, Domestic Violence and Abuse Forum for South Hams, Teignbridge, West Devon & Dartmoor.
