Cindy is a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, supporting the team on a wide range of commercial property matters.

Cindy assists clients with a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including the granting and taking of leases, the sale and acquisition of commercial property, site acquisitions, financing and secured lending matters. She works closely with colleagues to provide practical support throughout each stage of a transaction.

Cindy takes the time to understand each client's individual needs and aims to provide a responsive, approachable service. She believes in building strong relationships through clear communication and adapting her approach to suit each client's circumstances, while working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to help transactions progress smoothly.

She graduated from the University of Exeter with a Law degree, where she was recognised as a Senior Exeter Scholar and was actively involved in the University's Law and Debate Societies. Alongside her studies, Cindy broadened her legal experience through opportunities including work shadowing at Brick Court Chambers and an internship with the EY Foundation. She also secured sponsorship for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) programme, where she received the 'Most Motivated' award.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys writing, reading, keeping active and playing chess.

"I enjoy getting to know my clients and understanding what matters most to them. Building strong relationships and providing clear, practical support throughout their legal journey is something I take great pride in."
