Martha is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team at Tozers, advising clients on a range of commercial property transactions.
Her work includes freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new leases and lease assignments. As a newly qualified solicitor, Martha works across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, helping clients navigate each stage of the process.
Martha takes a friendly and responsive approach, keeping clients informed throughout their transaction and working towards achieving their objectives. She understands the importance of clear communication and ensuring clients know what to expect at each stage.
Martha began her legal career at another local law firm, where she completed four years of training before joining Tozers as a newly qualified solicitor.
Outside work, Martha enjoys going to the gym, reading and taking long walks with her dog.
