Tracyann is a Partner and head of Commercial Property. She advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold interests. Her experience covers commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants) and freehold development sites, whether structured through conditional contracts, option agreements or promotion agreements.
Tracyann particularly enjoys the variety that commercial property work brings, alongside the problem-solving and collaborative nature of transactional matters. She takes pride in identifying and overcoming title issues and working constructively with all parties to progress matters efficiently. Clients value her timely, pragmatic and friendly approach, as well as her commitment to working collaboratively to get deals over the line.
Tracyann trained in London and has worked at regional firms across the South West, before most recently working in-house at a national housebuilder. She qualified as a solicitor in 2004.
Outside of work, Tracyann enjoys sailing, walking on the moor, reading and practising yoga.
