Acted on the sale of shares in AES Sustainability Consultants Limited and Domestic Air Leakage Testing Energy Consultants Limited pursuant to a management buy-out. The companies are leading technical consultancies delivering solutions to the housebuilding and construction industries.

Diverse Deals from EdTech to Dairy Sector Sale

Most recently Anastastia has advised on the sale of two companies, one specialising in storage and the other in providing tutoring support to children.
