New Partner Joins Affordable Housing Team

We are delighted to announce that Michael Taylor has joined our firm as a Partner and Solicitor in our nationally recognised Affordable Housing team. Michael brings with him over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, having worked in-house for several Registered Providers.

Michael is an expert in all aspects of social housing property schemes, including property, housing management, governance and regulatory work. He provides practical and tailored advice to Registered Providers, helping them to achieve their objectives and deliver quality affordable housing.

A wealth of experience and excellent communicator

Michael is also an excellent communicator, with a focus on property related matters. He has a knack for finding solutions to complex and challenging issues, enabling clients to deliver their social housing property schemes efficiently and effectively.

Michael has a wealth of experience in Landlord and Tenant / Tenancy Management, Property and Land Law, Contract Law, and Governance and Regulatory advice. He has successfully handled a variety of transactions and disputes, ranging from acquisitions and disposals, leases and licences, development agreements, joint ventures, service charges, rent arrears, possession proceedings, anti-social behaviour, regulatory compliance, and governance reviews.
