Client Services Manager

Central

The role

Working with our Commercial Director and managing a team of 7 you will be passionate about delivering the highest standards of client care.

You will create and implement appropriate campaigns and client solutions; develop surveys and capture client information; develop effective communication platforms for clients and colleagues; manage a market leading client enquiry and onboarding process to inspire repeat-business from clients; conduct customer service workshops and presentations and participate in active ‘in the moment coaching’ to develop client facing colleagues as well as work with the wider Marketing Team to deliver effective events

About you

You will have gained your marketing experience with a professional services organisation and will also have the theoretical knowledge to underpin your business development ideas.  Demonstrating to us that you have the skills to train and guide a team will also be a requirement of this role. 

Reporting on the success of your client service and business development initiatives and the performance of the team will be a regular part of this role so your communication skills will be excellent.

New Business Receptionist

The role

Working with our Client Service team, you will process new business enquiries generated from our website including operating the firm’s live-chat software and utilise the firm’s ‘enquiry process’ to triage and signpost to the correct team.  You will also generally assist with administrative duties where required i.e. preparation of mail shots, updating of lists, some typing duties, creating new build packs, booking delegates on to events and taxis.

Wealth Management Assistant

The role

Tozers’ growing Wealth Management Team is looking for a Legal Secretary to support them in the management of their busy and varied workloads in Teignmouth. 

The successful candidate will provide professional, proactive support to members of the Tozers’ Wealth Management Team, enabling them to remain organised and to work efficiently and effectively. 

We pride ourselves on the high levels of client care that we give and anyone joining the Wealth Management Team will have our clients’ needs at the heart of everything they do.  You will be confident in communicating with our clients and, under our lawyers’ direction, will be comfortable ensuring that clients have the information they need if our lawyers are engaged elsewhere. 

Your standard responsibilities will include opening, closing and archiving client files, audio- and copy-typing, proof reading and updating dictated work, dealing with emailed or telephone client enquires, document production; dealing with requests to retrieve or store documents such as deeds in the strong room and assisting lawyers generally with administrative responsibilities. 

About you

You will have previous experience of working as a Legal Secretary; experience within a Private Client or Probate Team would be welcome. 

You will be very well organised and will enjoy organising others.  You will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and will be happy to adapt to the requirements of the tasks facing you.  Ideally you will be able to demonstrate your problem-solving skills and how you have used these in your previous positions. 

An ability to work closely with team members and a willingness to work as part of a team with the aim of achieving a common goal would be beneficial. 

We are open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds.  You may be an experienced Wealth Management Legal Secretary looking for the next challenge or you may be at the start of your career looking to build a challenging and rewarding career
