Harriet joined Tozers in September 2021. She is a Paralegal within the Family Team in our Exeter office assisting in a range of family matters such as divorce, financial matters and disputes relating to children.
Harriet also provide support to the wider Family Team in various administrative roles, which include assisting in drafting and filing court documents, preparing correspondence to clients and other legal representatives, preparing court bundles, and providing support to clients and barristers during court hearings. Harriet enjoys the day-to-day variation of the role, assisting the members of the team to ensure that matters proceed smoothly and efficiently so that client expectations are met. She is usually the first point of contact and uses an empathetic approach when helping clients as she understands that family matters can be a tumultuous time.
Prior to joining Tozers Harriet graduated from the Lancaster University in Criminology and spent a number of years working in customer focused roles which has helped her provide a person focused approach.
