Tracyann Tweedie joins Commercial Property team at Tozers LLP as Senior Associate

We are delighted to announce that Tracyann Tweedie has joined our Commercial Property team at Tozers LLP, based at our Exeter office. She has been appointed as a Senior Associate working with James Orpin, Head of Company and Commercial.

Tracyann specialises in commercial leases including assignments and variations, acquisition and disposal of development sites where she will act for developers and landowners and deal with secured lending.

Tracyann trained in a city firm in London and qualified in 2004 but soon returned to her roots in the Westcountry to practise at leading regional firms, serving a wide range of national, regional and small businesses. After some time in the Legal Education sector, Tracyann has returned to practice at Tozers.

At Tozers, Tracyann’s key focus will involve helping businesses with all aspects of the commercial property they own or occupy as tenants, dealing with all aspects of sales, purchases and commercial leases. She will also help developers acquire sites.

She will act for landowners too, selling land for development or other reasons. In addition to this, her work includes acting for lenders taking security over property.

Tracyann says “I give pragmatic commercial property advice to businesses, banks, developers and landowners. I’m solution focussed, approachable and responsive.”

James Orpin, Partner and head of the Company and Commercial team adds “The appointment of Tracyann is the result of the continuing growth of the Company and Commercial team and we look forward to benefitting from Tracyann’s vast knowledge and the contribution she will bring to our commercial property team.”
