As Head of Business Development, Caroline works closely with the leadership team to implement the firm’s growth strategy and deliver the marketing and BD strategy. Caroline leads the firm’s business development, marketing and client services activities, co-ordinating teams and individual team members to ensure the firm’s profile is in the public domain, whilst also making sure the firm are supporting their existing clients to the best of its abilities.
Caroline is involved with how the firm engages its local communities, external suppliers, staff and its’ clients. She also enjoys developing and managing partnerships with both local business, charities and other professional services firms, typically in the South West.
Prior to joining Tozers in 2020, Caroline worked in-house and as a consultant for professional service firms for over twenty years.
