Tozers is pleased to announce that David Cobern has joined the firm as a Consultant in the Family team. David is a specialist in advising unmarried couples on various aspects of their relationship, such as cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, and separation rights.

Partner and Solicitor in the Tozers Family Care team is taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2023 for the first time this October! Mark Williams will be raising money for @NSPCC, a charity that he works closely with as part of his work in the Family Care team.

We are pleased to announce that Fiona Wadey has joined our Divorce and Finance team at Tozers LLP, based at our Exeter office. She has been appointed as a Senior Associate working with Caroline Ryan, Head of the Divorce and Finance team.

Resolutions Good Divorce Week 2020, running from Monday 30th November, is their annual campaign for promoting constructive guidance to help parents separate amicable, and put the needs of their children first.
