Tozers help support Good Divorce Week 2022

Resolutions Good Divorce Week 2022 is running from 28th November to 2nd December. Resolution is a community of family justice professionals who work with families and individuals to resolve issues in a constructive way. This is their annual campaign for promoting constructive guidance to help parents separate amicably.

This year’s Good Divorce Week will aim to highlight the crisis facing the family courts and raise awareness of ways to resolve disputes away from Court. We mark this year’s Good Divorce Week by joining with Resolution, and its other members, to promote our free initial appointments for families who need support. We believe it is important for families to seek advice as early on as possible, so they can ask any questions directly and be presented with their options for moving forward.

Throughout the week, we will be posting a series of insights to provide constructive advice and support Resolution’s aim of raising awareness of alternatives to court. Keep up to date with these insights here, or through our social media channels.

The Childcare Team at Tozers recognise that for parents and families involved in care proceedings which result in adoption against a family’s wishes, it can be an extremely stressful and distressing time. Finding the right support and advice in those circumstances is difficult but crucial if a family is to try and better cope with the difficult circumstances surrounding such an outcome.
