Eleanor is an Associate and Solicitor in our Family Team based in Newton Abbot. She is an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and practices in all aspects of the law relating to children. Eleanor represents parents, grandparents and Special Guardians in both public law proceedings and private law proceedings. She undertakes a large proportion of her own advocacy which enables her to see her client’s cases through from start to finish, providing a continuity of service for families facing the court system.
Eleanor joined Tozers in 2018 where she started a training contract which gave her experience working in our Affordable Housing Litigation and Residential Property teams in Exeter. In November 2020 she qualified as a Solicitor.
Eleanor studied Law at Liverpool University where she obtained a 1st Class Law degree. In her spare time, she likes to keep active playing hockey as well as exploring Devon and Cornwall through running and hiking.
