Jake joined Tozers in June 2022 as a Paralegal in our Exeter based Residential Property team.
He assists team members with the purchase, sale and re-mortgaging of properties. Jake appreciates how the process of purchasing or selling a property can often be stressful, so he enjoys being able to assist in delivering a high-quality service as a part of the conveyancing team to make the client’s transactions a seamless experience.
In 2020 Jake graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a Bachelor of Law degree. Later in 2022 he plans to study for the Solicitors Qualifying Exams (SQE) with a masters in law at the University of Law. His previous experience as a conveyancing assistant for 18 months has allowed him to build the foundational skills for assisting in the conveyancing process.
In his spare time he enjoys going for long walks on Dartmoor with his dog.
