  • Acting for a London-based client downsizing from a £2.2 million sale to an £850,000 purchase in Lympstone

  • Acting on the purchase of a £1.5 million redevelopment site in Topsham using bridging finance secured against an investment portfolio

  • “I try to be as open and contactable as possible, so clients and agents know what is going on at every step of the transaction. I find this helps not only to make the whole process more transparent but also to facilitate strong working relationships with clients, agents and other professionals, allowing transactions to progress as efficiently as possible”
