Senior Paralegal

Simon Bramwell

“I am proud to be part of Tozer’s Housing Providers team, as I believe we offer an excellent service to those clients that rely upon us to deal with their housing management needs.”

Simon joined the Affordable Housing team in May 2022 as a Senior Paralegal. He deals with a wide range of work, from defending housing disrepair claims to preparing possession proceedings and injunctions. In addition to preparing cases, he is also required to attend court to represent social landlords to obtain access injunctions, possession proceedings and injunctions for anti-social behaviour. Simon also give advice as part of the housing advice service the team offer clients and deals with leasehold matters. Simon is currently dealing with a case where we are seeking permission for a matter to be appealed to the Supreme Court in a case involving a contested service charge.

He enjoys the sense of achievement when completing a case and delivering a great result to a client. Simon appreciates that some of his work benefits a community by removing a nuisance tenant or helping to curb anti-social behaviour.

Simon is a Law Graduate and has in 2021 achieved his Cilex Graduate Diploma. He is currently putting together his portfolio to qualify as a Legal Executive. He has worked for over 15 years in the legal sector, primarily in personal injury litigation, but is applying his knowledge and experience to housing law with Tozers.
