What you’ll be doing
You will be providing essential administrative support to our busy accounts team in Exeter where no one day will be the same. This job is based in our offices and cannot be undertaken remotely but it is not desk bound - you could be scanning documents, going off site to collect archived files, going to the bank, running errands or any other tasks that support your colleagues.
What we’re looking for
You will have a can-do approach to your work, cheerfully supporting the team and wider firm to help everyone succeed. This is a busy role and some of your tasks will need to be undertaken outside the office so you will also be confident in taking instructions and then working independently and travelling to our storage facilities. You will also be methodical and have an attention to detail which will help you deliver delivering accurate results which is essential when collecting and returning our archived documents.
What you’ll have
You may have had some previous office experience, but this is not essential as we will train you in all aspects of this role. Some understanding of Excel will be an advantage.
