What you’ll be doing
You will be assisting our facilities manager to look after the firm’s facilities and health, safety and security, across our three offices. Your team will make sure that our offices are ready for the day from restocking stationery, collecting and delivering post and making sure alarms are switched off.
You will also contribute to the health and safety of your colleagues under the direction of the facilities manager.
What we’re looking for
You will have a can-do attitude and enjoy helping people to work efficiently. There will be a requirement for you to travel to our three offices to undertake work under the guidance of the facilities manager.
What you’ll have
You may have had some previous office experience, possibly gained in a professional services environment but training will be provided.
