We are very proud to announce that Hannah Grinsted has been shortlisted in the 2023 Devon and Somerset Law Society Legal Awards for Support Team Member of the Year.
The awards, which take place in June at The Great Hall in Exeter is an annual event and dinner showcasing the work and achievements of those in the legal profession.
Hannah joined the clinical negligence team at Tozers as a junior Paralegal in 2016. This was her first legal role. Over the course of the seven years that she has been with us she has evolved into an integral and key member of our team.
Clair Hemming, Partner in the Clinical Negligence team says:
“There is no single key success, contribution or innovation that should be focused upon because of the sheer breadth or widespread nature of Hannah’s contribution to the team. Always being gracious and willing to help and usually having the answer or solution, Hannah is the victim of her own success in that she is the first choice for all team members needing assistance, or training.
Truly a team player, Hannah always prioritises the needs of the team, recognising the fundamental importance of training, and of efficient systems and processes to the success and profitability of the business. She makes her contribution in an understated way without expectation of reward or recognition.
Whilst learning on the job – Hannah has simultaneously and continuously studied for her CILEX qualification, passing all exams so far on first sitting, achieving distinction in some. Hannah is a remarkable young lady, incredibly conscientious and mature beyond her years, and truly an asset to our team.”
