New Partner Rebecca Holloway Bowden Joins Residential Property Team at Tozers LLP

Tozers LLP are pleased to announce the joining of new Partner and Licensed Conveyancer Rebecca Holloway Bowden. Rebecca is an experienced and knowledgeable conveyancer who will be joining the Residential Property team in the Newton Abbot office working alongside Partner and Solicitor, Mark Meleady.

Rebecca has in-depth experience of residential property transactions and has acted for a wide variety of individuals in the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold properties.

Rebecca qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010 and spent several years as a Partner and Head of Residential Property in a well-respected local firm before joining Tozers. 

Rebecca is committed to helping individuals and families navigate the complex legal aspects of buying, selling, and owning residential properties with confidence and peace of mind.

Rebecca says My aim with residential conveyancing is to make the process as smooth as possible, dealing with any issues that arise quickly and efficiently so that my clients can complete their transaction.  I always strive to keep all parties regularly updated and this has helped me build strong relationships with clients and the wider community.”
