Update on Tozers Charity of the Year Families for Children

Tozers are sad to announce that their chosen charity of the year for 2022, Families for Children, is closing as a charity.

Families for Children had the privilege to place over 700 children with adopters in the 29 years it ran as a charity. But with a reduction in the number of children who have adoption in their plan, results of Covid, an increased cost of living, and a change to the structures surrounding adoption, the hard decision was made to close.

Their hard work and dedication towards finding new adoptive families for children, will be sorely missed across the Southwest.

The money Tozers has raised for Families for Children will go towards continuing to support children who have been adopted.

Tozers sympathies go out to all those affected and wish the charity staff and families all the best for the future.

Families for Children have thanked everyone involved in supporting them over the years.

Tozers will continue to support our current charity commitments for the rest of the year.
