A paralegal in Tozers Medical Negligence team. Hannah works closely with Clair Hemming and other solicitors in the team to support and assist clients who are often going through a sensitive time in their life. Hannah delivers a service which is both understanding and approachable, focussed on building a relationship based on trust with our clients.
Working with clients and assisting solicitors in the team, Hannah is heavily involved in the claims process, which by its nature is extremely varied. Her focus is on support and helping achieve positive outcomes.
Hannah has been an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2018, already holding a Certificate in Law and Practice (Civil Litigation), whilst working towards qualification. Her day-to-day role involves supporting solicitors in the team with their caseloads, often accompanying them at client meetings and conferences, assisting with document drafting and progressing cases through to resolution.
Working closely with Clair Hemming, Hannah is involved with Birth Injury claims, such as Erb’s Palsy and those where brain damage has unfortunately occurred.

- Assisting Clair Hemming with recovering £14.5 million in damages for a young male who suffered Erb’s Palsy and subtle brain injury during his birth, in addition to assisting in various Erb’s Palsy settlements
