Hannah is a Chartered Legal Executive in Tozers' Medical Negligence team. She assists other solicitors in the team with complex high value claims in addition to working with her own clients.
Hannah delivers a service which is both understanding and approachable, focused on building a relationship based on trust with our clients and supporting them throughout the claims process. She recognises the importance of empathy and that our clients are often going through a very sensitive time in their life.
Hannah became a Fellow of CILEX in June 2025 and graduated with a CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice in March 2024. Her day-to-day role involves running her own caseload, plus also supporting senior solicitors in the team with their caseloads.
She is involved in a range of cases including gynaecological and psychological injury, surgical errors, delay in diagnosis, and birth injury claims.
Notable cases:
- Assisting with recovering £14.5 million in damages for a young male who suffered Erb’s Palsy and subtle brain injury during his birth, in addition to assisting in various Erb’s Palsy settlements
- Assisting with recovering a capitalised value of £35 million in damages for a young female who suffered brain damage following Group B Strep infection in the neonatal period
- Recovering £40,000 for a client who sustained gynaecological and psychological injury during the birth of her child
