Tozers Affordable Housing and Employment law teams added to Advantage South West legal framework

Tozers Affordable Housing team, led by Partner & Solicitor Stephen Burtchaell, and Employment team, led by Stephen Jennings, have secured ongoing work with South West regional housing developer Advantage South West.

Advantage South West deliver social housing at high standards across the South West through collaborative work with its four parent housing associations. They currently have multiple members from across the South West supporting their goal of achieving affordable social housing in the region.

Tozers have been appointed onto the ASW framework for Corporate Services work covering employment law, intellectual property, and corporate & commercial, as well as Housing Management work covering affordable housing advice, housing litigation, and housing management.

Stephen Burtchaell commented on Tozers success, saying: “Tozers are proud of our success in being appointed onto the ASW framework for Corporate Services and Housing Management, and we look forward to working with ASW".
