Tozers appoints nine new Senior Associates

Tozers are delighted to announce the promotion of nine new Senior Associates across the firm.

 

Kate Bolt, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Residential Property

With over 10 years’ experience, and being a member of the Agricultural Law Association, Kate seeks to anticipate and avoid any glitches to ensure the journey for the client is as stress free as possible.

 

Jenny Lloyd, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Affordable Housing

Jenny has developed a specialist knowledge of social housing management which she applies to provide pragmatic advice and representation.

 

Rachael Morley, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Wealth Management

Rachael applies her understanding and experience, with strong relationship skills, to work closely with clients to ensure that their instructions are captured correctly and that the whole process for them is as smooth as possible.

 

Sam Reid, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Residential Property

Having worked in the local property market for over 10 years, Sam is experienced in conducting high value residential sales and purchases for clients where he is always focused on overcoming any obstacles to ensure the transaction reaches a successful completion.

 

Sarah Schooling, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Affordable Housing

Sarah has been advising and providing court representation to both public and private sector landlords for over 18 years. She is one of a team of lawyers working with clients to provide advice on a range of housing management and property issues

 

Catriona Yates, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Commercial Property

Named as an Associate to Watch in Chambers & Partners 2022 legal directory, Catriona is described as "adept at advising clients on a range of development work and property financing matters."

 

Sue Halfyard, Senior Associate & Chartered Legal Executive, Wealth Management

Sue enjoys meeting people and getting to know them whilst taking great pride in helping them to achieve their requirements in a friendly and professional manner.

 

Louise Barber, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Family

A highly active advocate, Louise handles cases from start to finish, a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel, representing parents and children in care proceedings.

 

Gail Salway, Senior Associate & Solicitor, Family

Focused on getting the right result, Gail undertakes a large proportion of her own advocacy which enables her to see her client’s cases through from start to finish, providing a continuity of service for families facing the court system.
