Associate and Solicitor

Joanna Parry

“After working in litigation and dispute resolution for several years, I really sympathise with any client who is involved in a dispute and has to take legal advice. I know just how daunting and difficult it can be. I also know how important it is to manage the issues quickly and efficiently and that is why I give clear, practical advice and try to identify all the available options. Prompt action is often the best way to avoid a full blown legal dispute but if that cannot be avoided then I can help you find the best solution.”

Joanna is an Associate and Solicitor working with the Employment and Commercial Dispute Resolution teams.

As well as being a strong litigator, Joanna has built up a formidable level of expertise in employment matters, being a key point of contact for many large employment clients. She has an excellent record of success in employment tribunal claims as well as forging strong relationships with clients.

Joanna has been recognised in the 2023 Legal 500 directory as a key lawyer in the nationally ranked Tier 2 Employment team.

Joanna trained with Tozers, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018, and then becoming an Associate of the firm in 2021.
